Fall is my favorite season of the year. There are so many fun things that happen in the fall, the most important being my daughter's birthday, but there is also Witches Night at Gardner Village, our annual Halloween Party that we have to dress up for, Pumpkin Carving, Halloween, and then Thanksgiving. And in addition to all the wonderful events there is the smell of cinnamon candles, yummy caramel apples, good soups and that fun meal (at least I thought it was fun - the kids hated it) of dinner in a pumpkin, the leaves that turn wonderful shades of reds and oranges and last but not least beautiful sunflowers growing all around us. How could you not love fall. Each year I decorate my deck for fall so I wanted to share some of the sites that I look at each day as I work away in my kitchen. I am also posting a picture of my flowers in the front of the house because I thought they were so pretty this year.

I love fall too, there's just a crisp feel in the air! I especially love fall clothing...Sweaters and jackets and scarves. Thanks for the yummy soup meals this weekend, they went well with the season!
Yes, we need to do something or, I need to come over...something. I'm sorry we haven't come over in a while. I am home most days by myself with Phoenix. Except Thursday and Sat and Sunday. Other than that, its just us. We moved in August to Holladay. But....things apparently aren't going our way because our crappy landlord decided to sell our house and the new owners want us to move. We have a lease, but apparently this is legal?! Anyway, maybe its a blessing in disguise because, we are are more than likely gonna buy a place. So hopefully we will figure something out soon. Lets plan on getting together after we move. Maybe you guys can come for dinner or something. I will let you know where we move to. I really love these condos at Daybreak that we have been looking at for about a year. So, we may end up there. I would love that. Anyway, I am glad I found your blog. Talk to you later. BTW I really love fall to. It just seems like it passes by way to quickly though then we have the nasty winter.
