Sleep Glorious Sleep

My body has always been the type to require a lot of sleep and if I don't get enough sleep I either get sick or get a migraine. I need at least 8 hours of sleep a night to function during the day, unlike my sweet husband who pre-diabetics could get by on 5 hours of sleep a night. Well the past month sleep has totally escaped me. I can be dead tired and go to bed at 10:00 PM and will be wide awake by 1:30 AM. I have gotten where I dread bedtime because I know that I will not be able to sleep. I have tried taking a warm bath before bed, lavender on my pillow, last night I even took two Tylenol PM before I went to bed and I was awake ALL night long. I would love to go to bed and be able to sleep for eight hours straight! Any suggestions?

I'm sorry you haven't been able to sleep. As you well know, Benedryl knocks me out for days. Maybe it will do the same for you. Love you.
